Client Care Coordinator

As the Client Care Coordinator at Modern Me Psychology, I’m often one of the first people you’ll connect with when you reach out to our practice. My goal is to make the process of finding a therapist feel comfortable, straightforward, and personalized. I’m happy to answer questions, help you understand our services, and assist you in finding a clinician who may be a good fit for your needs and preferences.

About Dr. Nancy

My academic and professional journey has included the study of psychology, religion, and philosophy, ultimately leading me to find my professional niche in Positive Psychology. I have a particular interest in the use of character strengths—identifying and building on the qualities people already possess—as a way to support personal growth, resilience, and greater well-being.

My work and professional experience have taken me across several industries and roles. I have worked in commercial real estate, cross-cultural training, and telecommunications as a change agent, moderator, and trainer. I have also worked as a private tutor for psychology graduate students.

These experiences have given me an appreciation for the many factors that shape how people learn, work, communicate, adapt to change, and pursue meaningful goals.

My Role at Modern Me Psychology

As Client Care Coordinator, I help support both the client experience and the day-to-day operations of Modern Me Psychology.

When you contact our practice, I can help you:

• Learn more about our therapists and the services we offer
• Identify clinicians whose experience may align with your concerns and preferences
• Understand our in-person and telehealth options
• Answer questions about getting started with therapy
• Navigate the initial steps of connecting with a clinician

Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, particularly when you’re already dealing with a difficult or stressful situation. My goal is to make that first step a little easier.

I do not provide psychotherapy or clinical services at Modern Me Psychology. My role is to help you navigate the practice and connect with the appropriate member of our clinical team.

Education & Professional Background

I hold a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Roosevelt University and a Ph.D. in General Psychology from Northcentral University.

My educational background, combined with my professional experience in training, organizational change, and education, informs the way I approach client care and practice operations.
