Online Therapy Across the U.S. with PSYPACT
Through PSYPACT, Dr. Nahrain Tavolacci (Dr. T) can provide secure video therapy to clients in most U.S. states, not just Illinois. If you live outside Illinois, you can still work with a psychologist who specializes in OCD, anxiety, depression and trauma.
What is PSYPACT?
The Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PSYPACT) is an agreement among participating states that allows licensed psychologists with PSYPACT authorization to provide telepsychology to clients located in other participating states. Most U.S. states take part, along with Washington, D.C. You can see the current list on the official PSYPACT map.
Dr. T holds PSYPACT authorization to practice telepsychology, along with licenses in Illinois and Florida.
Who can meet with us by telehealth
Clients in PSYPACT states
Work with Dr. T by secure video when you are physically located in a PSYPACT state for your session.
Clients in Florida
Dr. T and Dr. Mike (Michael Tavolacci, Ph.D., LCPC) are both licensed in Florida and can see Florida clients by telehealth.
Clients in Illinois
Every Modern Me Psychology clinician offers telehealth, and you can also meet with us in person at our Roselle office.
Important: what matters is where you are during each session, not where you live. If you travel, let us know before your appointment so we can confirm we can see you from that location.

- Send a request. Fill out our short appointment form or call (630) 358-9821. Let us know which state you will be in for sessions.
- Free consultation. Dr. Nancy Mann, our Client Care Coordinator, will talk with you about what you’re looking for and confirm that telehealth from your location is a fit.
- Complete intake online. Your intake forms arrive ahead of time through our secure client portal.
- Meet by secure video from home, work or anywhere private.
Insurance and payment
Our in-network insurance plans are listed on our insurance page. Coverage for telehealth with an out-of-state provider depends on your plan, so before your first session we will check your benefits and explain your options, including using out-of-network benefits or paying privately.
